Polka Foundation
Thesis
We're entering a regime where intelligence is abundant and iteration is cheap. As capability spreads, the bottlenecks move upstream into the real constraints: power, compute deployment, manufacturing throughput, supply chains, and security.
Polka Foundation is a benchmark page for how we read that shift. We keep it compact: a few working beliefs, selected writing, and the projects that reflect our taste.
Notes
Cheap intelligence expands what small teams can attempt; it doesn't remove hard constraints. Real ceilings are physical—power, chips, factories, logistics, time-to-deploy. When output scales, distribution and provenance become the scarce edge; durable systems are the ones that stay measurable, inspectable, and stress-tested. "42" is shorthand for staying curious when conclusions get too confident.
